How To Celebrate Your Success On The HCG Diet Print E-mail

Celebrating your success while on the HCG diet is an important part of your journey. Everyone loses at a different rate, some quicker than others. But when it comes down to it, everyone LOSES. If you’re following the instructions and not straying from them you probably are losing at least a half a pound per day or possibly MORE. It’s important for you to share your success with others. They are just as happy for you as you are for your losses. Connecting with people on the members forum is a great safe place to share your success and everyone there is very supportive in so many ways. There is no judging and you can confidently share exactly where you are and where you want to be. We have members who have lost fifteen pounds up to near a hundred pounds.

If you run into someone who is not supportive of the HCG diet plan then they are not the one to talk to about your success. They will try to tell you every reason why you should not be doing this so seek people that you know who will support you positively. Stay away from talking about it with those you know aren’t supportive.

People often talk about the bad days they have on the diet but often forget the good days. Focus on the positive and not those stall or gain days which are few and far between. Focus on those days that you lost one pound or two or more. It is often over looked that you’ve lost more in a week than you could have lost in a whole month on some other diet program. Others love hearing about your success and it gives them hope for their own triumphs. By sharing your success you’re not only celebrating your losses but giving inspiration and encouragement to others as well.

It is great if you have someone local to you that supports you. Hopefully you do have someone like that around you. Maybe someone who has done the diet before you or someone you’ve encouraged to try the diet after seeing your results. If you don’t have anyone locally to share it with, be sure to check in our members HCG forum and the Facebook page. You could meet some new diet buddies and it’s always nice to have someone sharing in your journey that you can say “I lost one pound today” to. It’s also nice to share that you’re down 2 sizes or that your clothes have just all become way too large to wear anymore. That you have a new “problem” in your life of finding clothes that actually FIT. There is always someone listening in the members forum and always someone ready to cheer you on to lose even more.

Whatever your goals may be, the forum is a safe place to share them with like-minded individuals. It’s encouraging, inspiring and motivating when you can share your success not just for you but for others reading about your diet journey as well. Each pound lost is a great milestone toward your ultimate goal and should be celebrated. You’re working hard to get the weight off and it’s not always easy but you’re doing it and succeeding so take joy in that and share it with the world.

Good point. Having those bad days on the diet it's really hard to stay positive and celebrating those moments when you break through old barriers is the best way to get through them. I find I have to keep looking back at how far I've come.

Yes, indeed, we have bad times and bad moments. Dieting is never easy but when you come to a point that you have all the good results, then you have to celebrate for that victory!
