Just be sure to watch out for what you eat especially because you will be more prone to rebound weight gain. The HCG diet requires a strict diet and measures to be followed. One of which is taking a physical examination prior to the introduction of the treatment into the body. Blood tests are some of the means to determine whether your body is fit for the internal metabolism demands of the HCG diet. Thus an informed opinion of the doctor should be taken into consideration before getting into the first phase of the HCG diet.
