This one is really good, especially on a hot day or when you feel like a treat.
- You allowed amount of strawberries
- The juice of your 1 lemon for the day
- Liquid Stevia
- Water (if needed)
- Start by freezing your fresh strawberries for approximately an hour.
- Then Blend the frozen strawberries, lemon juice and Stevia in a blender until it is well blended together.
- You can eat it immediately or put it back in the freezer so it can firm up even better.
Bonus Tip: If you don't want to wait for your strawberries to freeze, then simply add fresh strawberries and any amount of ice needed. This works just as well and is quicker. |
