After 24 days of hcg diet

I started searching for good diets after gaining 20 pounds because I’m struggling to drop it. It seems that at my age has planned against my capability to keep my waistline at proper size. My current weight gain is at 40 pounds more than my weight in college. Regular exercise was not working for my body as it used to.

It was out of frustration and serene worry that I choose the controversial HCG diet protocol. I must confess that I was doubtful and a little worried of the whole dieting process. The very low calories and the HCG drops maintenance almost blocked me before I started my diet plan. For myself, I decided to see and consult a physician that helped me through the diet process, but there are ample of diet programs available out there.

It has been 2 weeks, and so far I could not be happier with my weight loss results. I have lost an average of 1 pound of weight per day, and with the exclusion of the 1st week of HCG diet, I really never felt the starvation that I experienced with most diet programs. In 24 days, I dropped 25.3 pounds of weight.

Now, After maintaining hcg drops for almost 3 weeks, my body is in good shape. I want to stop my diet but my doctor told me to finish my 30 days diet. I hope next week, I'm slimmer and can move faster.
