    This is a healthy ingredients for "Sauteed Chicken Breasts with spicy Chive Sauce":

    boneless, skinless chicken breasts, trimmed of fat
    1 teaspoon kosher salt, divided
    1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
    3 teaspoons virgin olive oil
    2 large shallots
    1/2 cup dry white wine
    1 14-ounce can reduced-sodium chicken broth
    1/3 cup reduced-fat sour cream
    1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    1/2 cup chopped chives

    For Preparation:

    First, Place chicken between sheets of plastic wrap and pound with a meat mallet until flattened to an even thickness. Season both sides of the chicken with 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper. Place 1/4 cup flour in a shallow glass baking dish and dredge the chicken in it.

    Heat 2 teaspoons olive oil in a large nonstick skillet and Add the chicken and cook until golden brown, about 1 to 2 minutes per side.

    Heat the remaining 1 teaspoon of olive oil in the pan over medium-high heat. Add shallots, stirring constantly and scraping up any browned bits, until golden brown. Sprinkle with the remaining 1 tablespoon flour. Add wine, broth and the remaining salt; bring to a boil.

    Return the chicken to the pan, reduce heat to a simmer, and cook until heated or 6 minutes. Stir in sour cream and mustard until smooth; turn the chicken to coat with the sauce. Stir in chives and serve immediately.

    Wink Chicken with Sun-Dried Tomato

    Hello dieters

    You can eat "Chicken with Sun-Dried Tomato". To prepare this dish you need:

    water
    chopped sun-dried tomatoes
    plum tomato
    garlic
    fresh marjoram
    red-wine vinegar
    extra-virgin olive oil
    skinless chicken breasts
    salt and freshly ground pepper
    artichoke hearts
    Romano cheese

    For cooking:

    You need to mix water, sun-dried tomatoes, plum tomato, garlic, 2 teaspoons marjoram, vinegar and 2 teaspoons oil in a blender. Blend the mixture until just a few chunks remain. Then, Season chicken with salt and pepper on both sides. Cook the chicken with olive oil for 3 minutes each side. Then pour the tomato sauce mixture and bring it to boil.
