Yogurt good for breakfast
Hi Guys
I’m planning to prepare delicious desert tomorrow night. Is it okay to eat LOW CALORIE YOGURT DESSERT while on P2?
Is Yogurt good for breakfast? or not???

If it's not on the food list then you shouldn't have it until maintenance or beyond. It will stall you or cause a gain and can take 3-7 days to break through and start losing again, this is one of the points of this diet, you cheat, you gain so it keeps you in check.

Thanks for posting this topic........Nice information for me.

thanks for sharing, but I'm going to add a little bit more.
The yogurt is warm in nature(according to Asian ancient medical science), it must not be used for breakfast as a first
item(i.e empty stomach).
I need comments on it.

People are inquiring about the consumption of yogurt whilst on the HCG protocol (which is what this entire site is about by the way) Just don't want people to be misinformed by people responding to questions incorrectly.

Stick to the protocol while on the low cal portion of the diet or you'll run the risk of no loss, stalling or a gain. No one is saying that yogurt isn't good for you, you can have it once you're into maintenance so wait until then.

But I'm not agreed with that. I mean, the yogurt must not be used in breakfast.
It can cause some skin problem.
But it doesn't means that you should absolutely quite it. Its a tonic for digestive system.

Yogurt provides many health benefits and should be more effective in our weight loss practices, Yogurt maintain a low calorie profile and also generates our digestive systems as well as boost our immune System with including other benefits like power-boosting protein and bone-building calcium, therefore while in ph2 HCG diet there should less risk on Yogurt consume.
