    Cool Finished 1st week of maintenance

    Going into the 2nd week of maintenance and so far my weight seems to have stablilized. I seem to have finally broken through and now have a better understanding of my relationship with food. I can tell how certain foods metabolize in my body. I also seem to be eating to live verses living to eat. Stay encouraged!!!

    Minnie1, Great job! I am now on day 15 of maintenance and I agree, I have also stabilized (weight stayed same) and also appreciate how my body reacts to different types of food. To my surprise I do not have cravings and if I need to munch on something I grab celery, cheese or even nuts and it really helps. I never thought I would get to this point and feel the way I do. I will need to do a round 2 but I am prepared and look forward to continuing this therapy until I reach my goal.

    Congrats Raven! I'm so glad your doing well. I feel the same way. I can't believe I'm not craving cake, cookies and ice cream. Sweets have always been my downfall. There are a few of those items in my home because I have a 10 yr old son. I'm with you, but I will need atleast two more rounds to reach my goal. I only lost 25lbs my first round. I thought it would have been more but I'll take it, especially since it looks like I can keep that 25lbs off. Take care and keep me posted.

    Awesome job Minnie and Raven! You're learning what I learned a long time ago. It's really good to be in control of what I'm eating and not having those sugar cravings anymore certainly does go a long way! You've both done really well and don't worry about other rounds, you know what to do for yourself and it only gets better from here! Keep up the great work.
