  1. Default AFTER 10 DAYS and 10 lbs LOST HCG NOT WORKING HURTING FROM HUNGER CHEATED GAINED10LBS

    hELLO!
    I have about 15 lbs to lose I was doing great! I was not feeling hungry was able to stick to 500 cals was running about 30 mins / day (I am athletic) then one day I was just having the worst day ever and I cheated big time all the weight came back!!! I was 10 lbs heavier so I cheated again so in the 17 days I am on this diet my total cheat days were 3 but major cheat days like cookies and chocolate about 3000 cals/day (found out some really bad news and I guess that made me feel a little bit less sad eating big mistake i know lets not focus on that!!!)

    My question is I bought a groupon for a new 23 days for hcg my appointment is monday I WILL NOT CONTINUE I want to restart I felt I needed to do 2 days of loading (total cheat day was 3 including today and yesterday i bing ate)

    I dont know what to do 15 lbs is not alot to lose the hcg was just not working for me i was starving to the point i woke up at 7 am and ate cold fish HELP!!!

    Are you counting calories? If so that is your problem right there. The diet isn't 500 calories, it''s just an unfortunate name. The diet is higher in calories, but that's besides the point because you don't count calories on the diet. Just choose the food from the allowed list and eat it in the right amount. If you are counting calories you'll be starving and eventually stall because you won't be getting enough food. So check that.

    Also, you might be working out too much. When you workout too much you burn too many calories and you get hungry. You don't need to workout on the diet plan and can save it for afterwards. You were losing great so I'm not sure why you don't think it was working. You just have to get your mental game in place. It's easy to see you are an emotional eater. Most of us are. But you need to take steps to stop that as soon as you recognize it. You did the classic "what the hell" move dieters make. You cheat a bit or make a mistake and say "What the hell, I might as well keep going". Not good! Don't turn a small mistake into a big one. You can always get right back on track. No need to "start over". That thinking is part of the problem and leads to "what the hell" syndrome. So forgive yourself, move on and learn the lesson. Get back on track, make those small changes and get help from a coach. I doubt you have a coach because you use a groupon, but try to find a provider who has coaching available so they can help you through rough patches. You can do it. Good luck!

    the first round failed tremendously partly because of some badnews i heard i chose to eat my sadness away i had 23 days worth of injections and bought 23 more didnt take a break and counted the last 2 days of round 1 as my loading since i binged will this work? i need all the support and tips i can get i want this to work
