It's obvious why you aren't losing. You aren't following the HCG diet plan. Obviously whoever you got your HCG from didn't help you and didn't give you the right information you need. I suggest not using them ever again. You have to follow a very specific HCG diet plan. It's NOT about calories but about eating the right kind of foods. Find a better supplier with coaching and they can help you. Stop what you are doing and start over with someone else because what you are doing is not the HCG diet.
Hi Carol, I appreciate your answer truly I do. I was trying to alter my diet thinking that the calories was all that matter. Since you opened up the issue of not using my supplier again do you have any recommendation as to what company to use and what kind of diet? I'm pretty new at this sorry for the many questions.
Hello. Yes, many people make the mistake of thinking about this in terms of calories because they hear "500 calories" from many confused HCG sellers. So it's not your fault as your supplier didn't make this clear to you. If you actually measure the calories it's higher, like 600-750, but that's besides the point, because you don't count calories. Calories are very inaccurate and your body absorbs calories differently depending on where it comes from. On the HCG diet plan you just eat the food from the list in the required amounts. They have great coaching and you can login day or night and talk with their coaches and their other members. I have made a lot of good friends in there. It's nice to be able to talk with others on the diet. You don't have to use them, that's just who I recommend.
