The HCG diet has been around for decades and has been proven extremely effective. There are many supporters and even some critics (which are usually trying to sell you another diet or have no idea how the diet works!).

But if you follow the diet the way it's intended you can lose up to 1-2 pounds per day and you don't need any exercise. Sound too good to be true? Well it does take modifications to your diet but it's easy and with the help of HCG you'll feel amazing and soon be burning that stored fat you've been trying to get rid of for years.

This site was created because so many people’s lives have been changed due to this protocol that it is spreading like wildfire.

And while the diet spreading is a good thing, there also has been an influx of bad information from people who don’t know what they are doing, or who are trying to make the diet look bad because they are losing sales to their own products.

In fact you’ll see some pretty outlandish claims out there about the diet and how it works. Take what you hear in the media with a gain of salt. They often times don’t do their research or are looking for a sensational story with catchy headlines that will get high ratings. It’s sad how our media now works. I personally challenge anyone who criticizes the diet or wants to do a story to come to me with their objections and I’ll easily show how them why they’re objections are either flawed from the beginning or can easily be overcome with a little bit of education.

There is a reason why this diet has been around for over 50 years and is coming back stronger than ever. It works. You will see thousands of testimonials and personal stories on this site and many others. For every detractor of the diet you can find thousands of people who love the diet and can’t imagine their life without it.

Many people come to me and explain how NOTHING worked before going on this diet plan. Their doctors tell them they “can’t” lose weight without surgery and are doomed to be overweight the rest of their lives. But with this simple diet they found success and continue to keep the weight off, years after completing the protocol.  In fact many people are able to stop a lot of their medications and reduce others after losing the weight. You’ll be shocked at how much your health improves after losing the weight.

Just as a side note that’s where I think a lot of the critics come from: Doctors and diet companies don’t like that you can stop taking their worthless and dangerous medications once you lose the weight.  They don’t want you to be healthy, just comfortable and giving them money. So stop listening to people who’s only solution is dangerous medication and unneeded, expensive surgeries. You can lose weight without any of that!

That doesn’t mean that the protocol is all sunshine and rainbows. It does take a bit of dedication and awareness to what you are eating. But I guarantee it will be worth it.

Another thing to watch out for are the people out there yelling from their websites about how you can lose 2 pounds per day and they don’t even bring up the fact that you have to follow the diet. These dishonest merchants are worse then the detractors of the diet. They don’t care if you lose weight, only that you buy their product. So please find a place that offers the protocol but also offers coaching and support and will help you all the way through the diet. They are few and far between but they are out there. The diet works but you must do it correctly. Get the right help.  This site is a great start!

You will lose a lot of weight, but do have realistic expectations. The amount of weight you can lose in 1 week can equal that of 3+ months on other plans, but don’t get upset if you have a slow day. It happens. Just keep going until you hit your goal.
